implement an OS11 to OS12 Upgrade Progess Bar GUI#256

during the OS12 upgrade the only way is a look in the syslog to check the progress or issues…. :(

Really wish there was a notification for this

This would be awesome on all upgrades.

We really need this. We had several crashed updates in case of waiting not long enough and rebooting the device.
