Enhance Directory Rules with editable regex/variables#285

Please add the ability to add/edit Default Directory Rules with editable regex similar to what is already available in ‘Views’. Similarly, please allow for dynamic folder destination, to allow for scenarios such as:
Site is not empty place device in \Devices{SITE}

This could allow for increased functionality, flexibility, and a cleaner more easily parsed(by a human) DDR feature!
