Template Keys & Values via API#287

Please resolve missing and errant functionalities for template key and template value manipulation. Presently ONLY able to ADD new values and as attempts to assign a value from a template key to an object with another value from the same key is ALLOWED through API (meaning errantly able to assign 2 values from same template to an object!) you are forced to an incredibly undesirable limitation of ONLY assigning values to new objects or objects with NO existing values from the same key assigned, forcing manual intervention at some point, rendering this API function, well, useless in it’s present state, sadly.
