Option to change DISPLAY LANGUAGE for user#288

Please add a simple checkbox, prompt, whatever, to the keyboard layout switcher, which presents itself as a something that might or should, alter the display language. So, when a user clicks the language icon, and selects their language, they might get a prompt to “Change display language to match layout? yes/no” and be done.

Or perhaps the menu has two main menu headers:

-Keyboard Layout
–EN
–FR
-Display Language
–ENQ
–FR

Far better experience than may have been had in previous OS, simple to implement, simple to use, simple to manage….
