Access to Smartphones (Android / iOS) with OS 12 and USB#300

In OS 11 there was a feature with limited support “Mobile Device Access USB”.
Similar function would be great in OS12.

Hi, did this MTP support for OS12 app will mount mobile storage in CTX and AVD session?

and this should be the the “solution” for a product that we pay for ?!

Hi all,
We will be releasing a Mobile Device Access app in the coming weeks. To confirm: mapping in VDI will also be possible with this app, similar to the MTP solution we offered for IGEL OS 11.

Test version is already available and can be requested via your IGEL representatives for testing.

Hi Werner. Ron give us the TP5 of the igel app for os12. Unfortunatly don’t work. No android/ios device are detected.

Has there been an update on this issue yet? We ar still waiting for this feature.

hi. Ron give us a new release of the TP that work only with 12.10. 12.10 is just released since 3 days. I will try shortly.

We’ve updated the Mobile Device Access app, and it is currently with QA for final verification and testing. Once QA has completed successfully, the updated version will be published in the IGEL App Portal.

In the meantime, please use the version provided by Ron.
