If the IGEL device loses network connecitivity after initially connecting to the Imprivata Appliance, the behavior is not indicative of a network isssue.
If a user taps their badge it will prompt them to re-enroll it, and then if they try to re-enroll it, it will give an “undefined error”.
It would be nice if instead of prompting the user to re-enroll, the IAFI agent would instead throw an error message letting them know they have no network connectivity.
