ACME Certificate support for the UMS#400

This is not about the ACME client app, but for the actual UMS to support ACME for certificate enrollment. Cert management in the UMS is already a huge pain, having to deal with that every 200 days starting it March is going to be a nightmare. Given that cert lifespans are going down to 47 days by 2029, there has to be a better way to upload and manage certs on the UMS.

I would like to add that this should apply to the ICG-certificates as well.
