Force a default audio in-/output device more detailed than "Headphones"#403

Problem appears when using a Soundbar and Headset. After every reboot the client selects the Soundbar as Audio-Output even if the Headset was selected prior to rebooting. The IGEL Client apparently registers the USB-Soundbar as a “Headphone”-Device rather than as a Speaker.
In OS11 you were able to force specific devices with profiles, in OS12 this functionality was removed/ never added. The only setting is the generic “Automatic (doesn’t help either); HDMI/DP; Speakers; Headphones” option.

Please make it possible to specifically select audio devices in the profiles.

Similar where, in OS11, you used to be able to select which monitor the sound came from in a multi-monitor w/ speaker configuration. But that option is no longer available in OS12.
