Timeout / Failover to Allow for UMS Shadowing#405

Currently, there are two options for user approval when shadowing from UMS: Ask for user acceptance, or don’t.

Our previous thin client system offered an option to ask for user acceptance, but if they don’t reject it within X seconds, automatically connect. This is useful for some of our Kiosk use cases, where we would like to ask for user acceptance in case they are actively using the client and browsing personal information (paycheck, etc), but the clients are not always being used, so we would like to be able to access them for maintenance/troubleshooting issues when they are not being used.

Having that feature within IGEL would close a gap for us and make our wider support departments very happy.
