We are trying to migrate to Igel OS 12 and we are testing Igel OS 12.7.5.
I have noticed that some settings are not available in UMS Profile Configurator for Horizon Client 2512.0 Build 1.0.
I want to change the setting “ Preferred microphone” in the Horizon Client app to “Default”. But i cant find that setting under “Horizon Client /Horizon Client Global / Multimedia” in UMS.
I can change it on the physical terminal manually in the Horizon app: Menu “ Connection / settings / Real – Time Audio-Video / “ Preferred microphone” that have “all” as default to the setting “ Default “.
There is a setting for audio out (app.horizon.vmware.view.audio-out-option) , but not for audio in(Mic).
We have a problem that an app in a OS is not selecting the preferred microphone, and if I change the audio setting for “audio in” “Preferred microphone” manually on the physical terminal to Default, it works. So it’s just that I miss being able to set that setting for the Horizon app in the UMS Profile Configurator.
It would be nice if you are going to implement that setting in the next version of Horizon Client app.
