Add more logging for shadowing#442

Currently for shadowing it only shows that port forwarding started and its not a selectable item in the action drop down. Can additional logging be added for shadow? This would help us feel more comfortable using the feature if we can see who is using it.

Just a note for this, if you check the logs using the UMS Console (Java one), on a specific device, you should be able to see more details like who, where and for how long
