Tracking tickets through email is extremely frustrating and hard to manage. It would be so nice if there was a web interface we could access to view and comment on open cases.
It’s honestly suprising that a enterprise grade software company such as iGel doesn’t have this available currently.
Absolutely, we totally agree. We are working on a new Ticketsystem where you as a customer / partner / distributor can track all your items!
