Add button to restart ICG service from within UMS#122

It would be helpful if there was a button within UMS to restart the ICG service on a selected ICG server, even if it has to prompt me for ssh port and credentials.

We have passed this feedback to PM. They are evaluating it. I can’t promise it will get implemented sonish but at least they are looking at it!
