When launching an RDP session in Application Mode, the first screen appears, then disappears until the application starts to load. This can take anywhere from 10 to 45 seconds where nothing shows on the screen causing users to think they either missed clicking on the icon or it failed to connect and they launch it a second (or more) time(s).
