Switch license from MAC to UUID for licensing#181

we have many clients with more than one network interface.
If someone use a different one than used while staging we have a duplicate in UMS and consume 2 licenses.
It would be much easier if you switch to a UUID and just use the MAC if the device don’t provide a UUID.

As an alternative you could check if the device has multiple MAC addresses and don’t create a duplicate :)
