Automated downloads from App Portal for disconnected environments#451

Background
For customers and environments where the IGEL UMS is in an airgapped/offline state

Description
My suggestion is that users of the App Portal are able to create API keys/tokens such that it’s possible to enumerate and download applications and IGEL OS/UMS artifacts in an automated fashion with REST API calls, e.g. with PowerShell or Ansible. Right now it’s not possible to log in to the App Portal or create download links without someone manually clicking the “download” button for an app, or for IGEL OS or IGEL UMS releases.
