Could you add an option into the zscaler application where by if it already has been installed and is logged in, it will either start minimised, or minimise itself once connected.
This behaviour would then be consistent with the windows version of the application.
Current behaviour is when the app starts and has cached credentials, it will launch the gui on screen and remain there until closed or minimised.
