UMS Console Collapse All Devices Folders Button#49

If you have a few large OU folders expanded you will scroll… forever, to get to the top. The scroll bar is a quick way to get to the top, All the folders you no longer needed expanded are still expanded. Somewhere near the UMS server name would be a good location.

If you are just trying to jump back to the top of the list, have you tried pressing the “Home” button on the keyboard?

Page down also works for jumping up multiple lines at a time.

Im not looking to jump to the top. Looking to close folders. When you 1st open UMS every folder is collapsed then you work on a few things expand folders and the list get very long. A quick way to collapse everything would be nice.

The option for this would be to use the right and left arror keys to quickly jump up to the folder and pressing it again will collapse the directory.

We are in preparation for OS12 and most of our Development resources are focused on that main topic. Please be patient, we will continue our review of your suggestion in the meantime and try to put as much as we can in the OS12/upcoming ICG/UMS integration. Please stay tuned!

We have passed this feedback to PM. They are evaluating it. I can’t promise it will get implemented sonish but at least they are looking at it!
