In UMS it is possible to search for the clientname. It would be great if we could also search for the content of the comment field.

It covers the SerialNumber but it goes hand in hand with other comment fields.
yes from the technical side it would be the same feature I guess. To add the comment field for search like in the UMS-Web-App would be great, because at the moment we paste the owner of the device in the comment field. And it would be very helpful if the owner calls for support to find the device faster when we can search for this.
We are in preparation for OS12 and most of our Development resources are focused on that main topic. Please be patient, we will continue our review of your suggestion in the meantime and try to put as much as we can in the OS12/upcoming ICG/UMS integration. Please stay tuned!
I’m so sorry but we have to reject this proposal, we have passed this feedback to PM. They are evaluating it but I can’t promise it will get implemented since it means a huge effort and the upvotes are not there…
